Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Shiraz
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks (and more for garnish)
- 3-4 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
- In a large pot, combine wine, brandy, honey, water, and spices.
- Slowly bring to gentle simmer and steep for 10 mins
- Let cool slightly before transferring to glasses
- Garnish with orange and lemon slice and stick of cinnamon
